Jewelry & fashion brand consulting
Expertise built with strategy and style
Every client, every challenge, every opportunity is different. That’s why I take a deeply personal and strategic approach to my consulting working with ambitious jewelry and fashion brands.
With more than 30 years in the jewelry and fashion industry, I combine strategic thinking, aesthetic intuition, and an instinctive understanding of the market. When we work together, I become part of your team, your partner inside the business, helping you define priorities, shape creative and commercial decisions. I don’t just advise from the sidelines; I open doors that matter. Every introduction I make is rooted in trust, built over decades in this industry, so when I connect you to someone, you step into a relationship that’s already been nurtured. That’s the kind of partnership I believe in: one that moves your brand forward with purpose and momentum.
If you’re ready to write your next chapter, whether you’re launching, repositioning, or expanding internationally, I’d be delighted to support your journey.
Under Donatella’s lead the Swarovski collection was developed from its early stages to an advanced assortment that is appealing to a large target group. Strongest proof of Donatella’s contribution is the impressive development of our Jewelry sales during her years at Swarovski, which still continues today.

Speaking & thought leadership
I’m regularly invited to share my insights on brand strategy, design, and international market dynamics at leading global industry events and conferences. Whether on a mainstage panel or in an intimate roundtable, I bring clarity, connection, and a deep international industry perspective.

I first invited Donatella to speak at the Bocconi Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management and was immediately struck by her ability to make complex subjects feel clear and engaging. Her passion, expertise, and openness to dialogue—especially with younger generations—make her a truly inspiring presence. I’ve continued working with her ever since.

Supporting the next generation of talent
I’ve had the privilege of mentoring emerging jewelry start-ups in Colombia and Saudi Arabia through year-long programmes supported by their respective governments. These initiatives focused on helping each brand uncover its unique positioning while guiding them in the development of their collections, communications, strategic planning, and commercial implementation.
Mentorship is another way I stay close to the market, helping new talent take the right steps toward international recognition and sustainable growth. It’s about more than advice; it’s about helping the next generation build their foundations for long-term success.
