I start this article series devoted to Vicenza Fair, talking about some interesting Italian realities I follow since a few seasons. These brands represent to me important facets, being creative or with an interesting product positioning, in the crowed arena of Italian and international jewelry.

Casato, a rather young brand that in the last years was able to consolidate its stylistic identity showing fine jewelry collections where the link to fashion and the latest trends is audacious, addressing to a target woman that loves to choose and that knows and values the beauty of precious stones, while choosing contemporary styles.

Casato company was founded in 2004 thanks to the creative genius of Federico Gauttieri, a Roman entrepreneur brought up in the jewelry world with a strong goldsmith traditions.

Gauttieri, travels a lot for business reasons and it is thanks to this constant move that his knowledge of the markets has got more refined. His constant travelling, learning, questioning and observing has led him to show jewelry collections that are very much targeted to the consumers coming from different geographical areas, always introducing collections that are in line with their expectations and sensitivity.

For this Vicenza Oro Fair, Casato presents new lines with strong artistic links. The main reference is the sparkling atmosphere of the 20’s, the Great Gatsby with its glamour and the refinement of a beautiful and opulent lifestyle.

Once again Casato reconfirms to be a trend-setter. Elements like tassels are inserted in the creations and, interesting enough, the collection of bracelet-ring gets larger with the introduction of new pieces that cover 4 fingers. The overall collection is in rose and white 18Kt gold, with white and champagne  diamonds, precious and semi precious stones.

Important mention goes to Midnight in Paris collection, with a baroque and romantic style and to  the new rings Bel Bel.

In the collection Miss Princess we find the ear-cuff that we have loved so much on the catwalk. The Aphrodite Collection is presented in two sizes, the classical and the smaller size, in order to satisfy also the Asian customers taste.

Casato exports in Russia, Eastern Europe , United States and South America. In Italy, the distribution in jewelry shops is capillary and in Rome the brand has a wonderful flagship store.
