Great opening last Wednesday of “The mediterranean diet, objects in evolution”, an exhibition by Creative Academy. The young Creative Academy designers have ideally set the table for Mediterrean Diet at Poldi Pezzoli Museum, in the Collector’s room. This is the way Creative Academy, international design school founded by Richemont Group in 2003, celebrates Expo 2015.
The designers, under Ugo La Pietra’s guidance, have been asked to think about topics such as instruments, suggestions and elements that characterise this immaterial heritage. All pieces have been manufactured by Italian artisans and the twenty dishes inspired by Italian regions have been manually decorated by Creative Academy designers. A cocktail followed the presentation with the possibility to talk to the students and their professor.
